Full Time (37 hrs per week) – Permanent Contract – Location: High Wycombe -   Salary – £38,784 – £43,482 (Lecturer), £44,746 – £56,535 (Senior Lecturer)

The College of Health and Society is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to support the continued growth and delivery of the MSc Counselling & Psychotherapy programme.

The successful post holder will contribute to teaching, assessment, curriculum development, academic tutoring, dissertation supervision and placement learning, while supporting an outstanding student experience. Working collaboratively with colleagues, placement providers and external stakeholders, you will contribute to the programme's continued development and its ongoing BACP Course Accreditation. Applicants must hold current BACP Accreditation or be registered/accredited at SCoPEd Framework Column B or above with a recognised Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy Body (PCPB) partner organisation and maintain current supervised clinical practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing programme and contribute to the education of the next generation of counselling and psychotherapy professionals.
