Clinical Senior Lecturer/Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Restorative Dentistry (or single-specialty in Prosthodontics) - Undergraduate Academic Lead for Removable Prosthodontics
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Senior Lecturer/Lecturer and Honorary Consultant to join the Restorative Team, Division of Dentistry in the Faculty of Health.
In this role you will provide leadership in teaching and scholarship in Restorative Dentistry (or Single-Specialty in Prosthodontics), specifically in prosthodontics. You will lead the undergraduate teaching and assessment in removable prosthodontics. You will be expected to provide teaching in Restorative Dentistry (or Single-Specialty Prosthodontics) at all levels, including undergraduate, post-graduate and trainees, including clinical/chairside supervision for undergraduate and postgraduate students (as applicable). An honorary consultant position with NHS Tayside will be sought. The successful candidate would also be expected to support research activity within the School and to actively engage in wider activities across the school and faculty, as appropriate.
You will work closely with both university and NHS staff at all levels and contribute to the continued success of the school's national and international rankings through the delivery of high quality educational programmes, supporting research activity and NHS service delivery.
