Are you an enthusiastic and well-organised person with a good level of education and strong administrative and customer service experience? Do you enjoy working in a small team, and are you also confident in managing your own workload?
We are looking for a Graduate School Assistant to join the Medical Sciences Divisional Office to assist with the administration of postgraduate studies (research degrees and taught master’s courses). You must be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational ability, communication skills, accuracy and integrity. The post involves extensive contact with a broad range of people including applicants, students, academics, college and departmental administrative staff and outside agencies, so you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have excellent computer skills, including Email, Word and Excel.
This is a permanent full-time appointment, based at the John Radcliffe Hospital and we offer an element of remote working.
