About the role:
The Senior Programme Officer provides essential support to students and academics. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role includes taking responsibility to resolve complex queries and issues, supporting activities such as assessment and results processing, using databases and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate student data on progress and achievement, and delivering a high-quality service across the student lifecycle.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, or an internal secondment.
This is a hybrid working role where the role-holder will be on-campus for a minimum of 2 days a week, in line with King’s hybrid working policy.
