The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (EIDA) is a charity and employer membership network supporting organisations across the UK to take effective action on domestic abuse. We are looking for a skilled researcher and writer to help strengthen our evidence-informed resources for employers.
This role will lead the development, review and curation of EIDA’s evidence-informed resources; updating existing resources and translating research and emerging practice into clear, practical guidance, helping to support EIDA’s 2,000+ members to respond safely and effectively to domestic abuse.
We are looking for someone with experience of research, evidence synthesis or literature reviews; excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; and the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible guidance for professional audiences. Experience in domestic abuse, safeguarding, employer engagement or resource development would be welcome, but is not essential.
At EIDA, we value collaboration, empowerment, versatility, openness and kindness. We are committed to equity, diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants with transferable skills who may not meet every criterion.
Closing date: Tuesday 22 September, 10am. Interviews will take place remotely on Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October, with final-stage interviews on Monday 5 or Tuesday 6 October.
