The Lecturer in Creative Enterprise will contribute to the development and delivery of enterprise teaching across the Product & Innovation Programme at London College of Fashion, working collaboratively with the enterprise team to shape how future fashion professionals approach enterprise, whether they pursue independent ventures, leadership positions in established organisations, or roles in innovation and business development.

You will work with students to develop their understanding of business strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation through a combination of academic rigour and practical application, managing unit curricula and providing mentoring and coaching that transforms student ambitions into achievable pathways while ensuring teaching remains at the forefront of industry developments and emerging technologies.

Your direct impact includes designing and reviewing curriculum content, contributing to the strategic direction of enterprise education across the college, and maintaining active engagement with professional practice in the sector. This role offers the opportunity to influence fashion education at a leading UK institution while remaining connected to professional practice, ensuring that teaching reflects contemporary business challenges and genuine real-world relevance.

About you
You will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject and substantial experience of teaching and assessment in a higher education environment. Equally important is demonstrated knowledge of fashion industry practice, ideally gained through professional experience in fashion business, enterprise, or related sectors.

We are looking for someone who can combine academic teaching capability with credible professional expertise, bringing both rigour and real-world relevance to the curriculum. You should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse student groups, lead and manage effectively within a team environment, and show genuine commitment to understanding and supporting student development.
