The Case Management team are responsible for the management of formal employee relations cases in one of the largest and most prestigious universities in the UK.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and the HR Case Management Coordinator will be a key role, leading on the effective coordination of complex and sensitive case management processes. This will include taking minutes, arranging meetings and preparing standard correspondence. The role will also manage and advise on low level case work.

About You

In order to succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant administrative experience
  • Experience with taking accurate minutes, arranging meetings and maintaining databases
  • Be able to manage confidential information sensitively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to coordinate work and prioritise your own workload

Please note that in addition to the base salary stated above, the successful candidate for this post will receive an additional 2.5% supplement to their pay.
