We are seeking to appoint an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Programme Administrator to join our team. Working closely with colleagues, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of our academic programmes and contributing to an excellent student experience.
This varied and rewarding role will involve providing administrative support across all aspects of programme delivery and student administration. Responsibilities will include supporting student lifecycle processes, coordinating programme-related activities and events, maintaining accurate records, assisting with assessments and quality assurance procedures, and supporting meetings and committees. You will also provide advice and guidance to students and staff on a range of programme-related matters, acting as a key point of contact throughout the student journey.
We are looking for a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can build effective working relationships with colleagues, students and external partners. You will be able to work independently, use initiative, adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively as part of a collaborative team.
