Based at Treforest, Pontypridd, you will play a visible role in strengthening confidence, consistency and good judgement in how people matters are managed across the University.

Working closely with senior leaders, managers, colleagues in the People and Organisational Development Department and recognised Trade Unions, you will help develop practical, values-led approaches that support early resolution, effective decision-making and positive working relationships.
