Applications are invited for an appointment as Digital Archivist (Assistant Librarian Grade) at University of Galway Library.
This post is being offered as a specific purpose contract and will terminate by reason of the expiry of its specific purpose. It is anticipated that the duration of this assignment will be circa 6 months. Please note that only those candidates with an accredited qualification are eligible to be shortlisted for interview.

Salary: Assistant Librarian €52,328 – €73,329 (applicable to new entrants effective from January, 2011) and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the QA321 University’s Remuneration & Payroll Policy.
This appointment will be made on the Assistant Librarian payscale in line with current Government pay policy.

Interviews are expected to take place on campus in the University of Galway.
