We are recruiting for two exciting opportunities within our growing Apprenticeship Business Development team: Permanent and Fixed-term Contract (2 years from start date).
Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of our higher and degree apprenticeship programmes. You will be part of a fast growing, highly motivated, proactive team engaging with a wide range of employers, apprentices and academic colleagues. You will act as the point of contact for employers, initiating and developing relationships with new businesses to meet University higher and degree apprenticeship recruitment targets. You will lead on new and developing programmes, supporting curriculum development and advising academic teams on apprenticeship policy and procedure and quality regimes. Working in a hybrid pattern, the team is on the campus for at least 2 days each week.
