This is a full-time fixed term position for a period of 2 years based at Headington campus with the ability to undertake remote working 3 days/week.
Oxford Brookes Business School is looking for a talented colleague to join the Work and Voluntary Experience Services (WAVES) team.
This position is an important role as it will be developing and maintaining effective partnerships with employers and placement providers and delivering initiatives designed to enhance the employability of our students.
As part of the role you will be expected to:
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a role with a focus on employer engagement, business development and/or relationship management in a corporate or higher education setting. This is a varied role and experience in managing a number of functions with competing demands on time and high attention to detail is vital, in addition to understanding recruitment principles and processes you will have experience of project management, and overseeing initiatives from concept to delivery. Excellent communication and relational skills are essential.
