About the department
The Faculty Directorate provides strategic and operational leadership across Goldsmiths’ academic schools, supporting Executive Deans, Heads of School and academic staff. It supports planning, finance, HR and estates functions, ensuring effective resource management, policy implementation and service delivery while enabling the faculties to achieve their academic and institutional objectives.
About the role
As Director of Faculty Operations, you will play a pivotal leadership role at Goldsmiths, working closely with senior academic and professional services leaders to shape strategy, drive operational excellence and lead organisational change. You'll oversee planning, finance, governance, estates and people management across our two dynamic faculties
