This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join our busy Neurology team at the state-of-the-art Small Animal Teaching Hospital at Leahurst Campus.
Working within a specialist referral and teaching environment, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of neurological and neurosurgical conditions. You will work closely with our veterinary surgeons, nurses, students and wider multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care while contributing to the teaching and development of the next generation of veterinary professionals.
We are looking for a registered Veterinary Nurse with post-qualification experience with an interest or experience in neurology, neurosurgery, referral nursing. You will have excellent clinical nursing, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work confidently in a busy and varied environment.
You will be required to be on the general nursing support rota and out of hours on call for Imaging including weekdays, weekends, Bank holidays and University closed days.
