Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Teaching Professor in Control Systems. The successful candidate will join the Engineering Department's Information Engineering Division to deliver teaching at undergraduate and MEng levels in core topics related to Control Systems and Information Engineering.
The successful candidate will work with academic colleagues in the Control Group and Information Engineering Division to provide teaching including: lecturing of Part IIB control courses, setting examination questions, marking of coursework and examinations, acting as module and lab leader (3rd and 4th years), leading a third year project, and assistance with curriculum revision for new Tripos.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a high-level knowledge of control systems with research experience. Previous relevant teaching experience will be an advantage.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 12 months in the first instance.
