The opportunity:
We are an expert team of professionals advising, coordinating, supporting and co-producing strategic initiatives and improvements in partnership with our colleges and services, and their constituent schools and departments. We are driven by a commitment to deliver positive outcomes that benefit those who work, study and partner with the University.
The service operates under a matrix management model with members of the service aligned to a capability team for their professional standards, development and line management, and deployed onto a strategic change or continuous improvement project for their strategic and operational delivery.
The role holder will be line managed by the Head of Change Management and will contribute both to the development and continuous improvement of the capability and to the operational management of projects.
The candidate will be aligned to a specific project or work package delivery and will be responsible for coordinating the activity that prepares and supports individuals/groups of individuals to adopt and sustain planned changes. You will also support project sponsors and leads by planning and managing their activity required to support the change.
People have always been at the heart of our work. Our people are at the centre of the University community and everything we do. We value colleagues with drive, determination and a passion for what they do. We are a place where everyone is welcome and offer a range of policies and benefits designed to support you in building the right meaningful flexibility that works for you.
These posts are full-time (35 hours per week). We are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. Colleagues are expected to be in the office for at least 2 days per week with on-campus days aligned to service and delivery requirements.
We are recruiting for 5 x 2-year Fixed Term Contract (FTC) posts.
The salary for this post is £41,064–£48,822 per annum.
