We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Student Records and Data team as a Fees and Funding Administrator.
In this important administrative role, you will support the delivery of student fees, funding and scholarship services across both the University's on-campus and subcontractual provision. Working closely with colleagues across the Fees and Funding team, you will maintain accurate student records, update fee and funding information, support Student Loans Company administration processes and respond to routine enquiries from students and staff. You will play an important role in ensuring information is recorded accurately, processes are completed efficiently and services are delivered in line with University and regulatory requirements.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn within a busy, customer-focused environment.
This role can be based in Kent or Surrey.
For an informal conversation regarding the role please contact:
Louise Betts, Head of Student Records and Data at Louise.Betts@uca.ac.uk.
At UCA, creativity and innovation are at the heart of what we do. Our legacy of educating eager and passionate artists, makers and thinkers runs back almost 160 years, and today we’re helping shape a global future that supports and nourishes talent worldwide.
Our campuses across Surrey and Kent are vibrant communities, each specialising in different areas of the creative industries. We are also home to a thriving research hub, with academic experts and fellows leading the way in research on sustainability, design, textiles, animation, history and culture, and more.
Are you ready to share your passion for creativity with the next generation of innovators? If so, we want to hear from you.
At the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), we’re committed to creating an inclusive community where every student and colleague feels respected, supported and able to belong. We celebrate the breadth of backgrounds, identities and lived experiences across our campuses and disciplines, and we recognise that creativity thrives when different perspectives are welcomed and valued. By promoting positive wellbeing and fair opportunities, we aim to remove barriers and enable everyone to flourish and reach their potential. We warmly encourage applications from people who are currently underrepresented in our workforce, and from anyone who shares our ambition to build a more equitable and inclusive UCA.
