Lecturer in Food Technology

Part time – 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Food Technology to join our collaborative and supportive academic team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, inclusive and applied teaching (across our undergraduate, postgraduate and degree apprenticeship programmes) and research, innovation, knowledge exchange (RIKE) and/or professional engagement.

The successful candidate will have expertise in:

• Food science, processing and technology
• Food quality and sustainability
• Food labelling and packaging
• Food safety, risk assessment and HACCP
• Operations management
