Pricing and Awards Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative professional to help transform operational support for research funding applications within the fast-paced, customer-focused Pricing & Awards Team.

In this multifaceted role, you will help create a new central repository of operational information relating to external funding application processes, systems and funder rules. This role will be a key contact for other research support colleagues, providing operational guidance and training to ensure compliance and consistency whilst maximising cost recovery. You will be required to interpret complex funder rules, processes and systems; setting up funding schemes in our internal database and maintaining institutional accounts on external grant systems.

You will also handle other technical aspects of research funding administration, from verifying budgets for accuracy, submitting applications and supporting the transfer of successful awards to Finance. Additionally, you will step in for the Pricing & Awards Team Leader as required, assisting with workload distribution and resolving challenging queries.
