Lecturer in International Business and Leadership

Regent’s University London’s School of Business is looking to appoint a Lecturer in International Business and Leadership - ready to begin teaching in January at the start of the Spring Term 2026-27 academic year. This is a full-time post, suitable for a passionate and energetic educator with experience of the UK Higher Education sector and Business School teaching.

We are looking for educators and scholars, who can deliver not only a premium classroom experience but also contribute towards our interdisciplinary approach to business education - embedding technology, cultural awareness, curiosity, emerging trends, and applied thinking in all aspects of curriculum development, teaching, learning and assessments.

We value candidates with technical industry experience and connections, able to enrich our students’ learning and employability prospects. As a truly international business school, with a significant majority of students hailing from abroad: thriving in a diverse and culturally reach environment by demonstrating empathy, connectivity and advanced communication skills are important.

Our students’ aspirations range from wanting to secure corporate roles, right through to founding their own companies, or taking over leadership of their family businesses. We also expect to serve corporate students in due course. With these in mind, your field of expertise should lean towards the practical application of international business and leadership theories and models, in ways that equip business students at undergraduate and postgraduate level with the technical skills, knowledge and confidence to apply them strategically within their chosen industry sector.

In addition, there will be opportunities to contribute to multidisciplinary teaching across various other disciplines in elective modules delivered on non-business degree courses.
