As Clinical Lead for the AnDY Research Clinic at the University of Reading, you will combine clinical expertise, leadership, and service development to ensure children and young people with anxiety, OCD, and depression receive timely, evidence-based care. You will also support pioneering research, delivered in partnership with the AnDY Research Clinic in Oxford and the Oxford Centre for Emerging Minds Research, with the potential to improve treatment nationally and internationally.
Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will oversee clinical decision-making, supervision, quality assurance, and service performance while helping translate cutting-edge research into practice.
You will hold a CBT qualification or Clinical Psychology doctorate, have substantial CAMHS experience, enjoy developing others, and be excited by the opportunity to combine clinical leadership, research, and innovation within a high-performing and ambitious service.
