About the role
The Admissions & Enrolment Administrator plays an important role within the Admissions team, helping to deliver a professional, efficient, and applicant-focused service throughout the admissions and enrolment cycle. Working closely with academic schools and wider colleagues you will support applicants from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring every interaction is positive, timely, and aligned with university policy and regulatory requirements.
This is a varied and rewarding role that involves processing applications, managing essential admissions checks, responding to applicant enquiries, organising interviews, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key admissions and enrolment events.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that works collaboratively to deliver an excellent experience for all applicants to ultimately support conversion and student recruitment.
About the person
We are seeking a proactive and organised administrator with experience in higher education admissions and a strong understanding of UCAS processes and systems. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be confident working with applicant data, processing admissions decisions, responding to enquiries, and supporting applicants through to enrolment. You will be a collaborative team player, committed to delivering an outstanding applicant experience and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Act 2006.
