We are looking for an ambitious, boundary-pushing Ceramics Mould Engineer to join us. You will operate within a state-of-the-art facility that ranges from small-batch R&D to automated robotics. What You Need to Bring to the Team

To push the boundaries of excellence in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Academic Foundation: A good honours degree in a relevant engineering or scientific subject, or equivalent high-level professional experience.
• Casting Industry Expertise: Significant technical knowledge and practical experience of diverse casting processes, alongside deep expertise in the design, formulation, and control of ceramic moulding systems for investment casting.
• Project & Resource Delivery: A proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, with the ability to assess resources, coordinate workloads, and plan tasks effectively.
• Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of relevant manufacturing systems, health and safety legislation, and knowledge of strict sectorial quality management systems and standards, i.e. aerospace, energy, etc.
• Leadership & Team Motivation: Strong interpersonal skills with experience motivating, managing, and communicating effectively with a technical team of staff.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including a proven background in writing detailed technical reports and delivering impactful presentations.
• Client & Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, collaborating with customers and industrial partners both efficiently and professionally.
• Advanced Problem Solving: The analytical capability to diagnose complex manufacturing issues and execute solutions while anticipating their longer-term industrial implications.
