We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Services Manager (Property) to join our Residential & Conference Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an operational leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing complex property operations, and developing high-performing teams within a dynamic student accommodation environment.
Reporting to the Head of Residential Services, you will play a key role in leading the University's residential property operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, customer-focused services while enhancing the student experience and supporting commercial growth opportunities.
