Product Delivery Manager (Fixed Term)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a Digital Assessment Product. You will work closely with Management, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure product backlog is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

This role requires a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and continuous improvement to drive outcomes that create value for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
• Prioritises product and service requirements, develops product roadmaps and owns the product backlog.
• Collaborate with teams to translate product roadmaps into achievable delivery plans.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across delivery teams.
• Track progress, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear, regular status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team performance, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality standards are maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.

About You

• Proven experience in a Product Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern product delivery practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Analyses market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion and usage data to understand needs and opportunities. Develops product propositions and determines product positioning and variants for different customer and user segments.
• Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or PMP are advantageous.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 years in the first instance.
