This role is ideal for someone with experience in higher education, student support, student services, student engagement, or student welfare who enjoys working in a student-centred environment.

  • Manage and update student social media platforms to promote events, services, and student engagement opportunities.
  • Ensure student information resources remain accurate, relevant, and accessible.

Accommodation & Residence Support

  • Support residence administration activities including welcome packs, student IDs, residence communications, and housing enquiries.
  • Liaise with maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams regarding student welfare and accommodation-related matters.
  • Monitor accommodation requests and facilitate appropriate follow-up action.
