The Role:
This is a full-time position, available as a secondment cover until 30th September 2027.
You will provide high-quality administrative support for the day-to-day delivery of the MPhil in Global and Area Studies. You will act as a first point of contact for prospective and current students, providing accurate advice and guidance from application through to graduation. You will support academic staff with admissions, induction, course planning, timetabling, events and programme communications, and maintain key course information and records. You will co-ordinate examinations and assessments, including submissions, marks and examiner administration, and support student placements, fieldwork and visits. You will also assist with financial and operational administration and liaise with colleagues across OSGA and the wider University to ensure the smooth running of the Programme.
