University College Birmingham is seeking an experienced and collaborative academic to lead the development and coordination of Transnational Education across its School of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment.
Working closely with academic colleagues and international partners, you will support new programme development, oversee delivery and drive continuous improvement, ensuring consistent academic standards and an excellent student experience.
Alongside this leadership role, you will contribute to teaching and assessment in Computing or related subjects and support partner staff delivering UCB programmes. Regular international travel, including overseas teaching and partnership activity, is integral to the role.
Candidates must have significant experience of teaching and assessment in Computing or a related subject within Higher Education, together with experience of international, transnational or collaborative provision. You will also need a relevant postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) and a strong understanding of UK Higher Education academic standards, quality assurance and governance requirements.
