We are now seeking to appoint a Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive and as a key member of the University Executive, you will lead education, learning and teaching, curriculum, assessment and student outcomes. Working across academic and professional services and in partnership with students, you will strengthen the whole student experience.
You will lead delivery of the USW 2030 Curriculum and Assessment principles, champion digital and AI-enabled learning, and drive measurable improvements in continuation, completion and graduate outcomes. You will strengthen academic quality and standards, close gaps in student outcomes and embed industry-informed learning, while developing sustainable educational partnerships and provision.
You will bring strong academic credibility and experience of leading education or student experience at scale within higher or comparable tertiary education. Your experience will include curriculum and institutional transformation, improved student outcomes and effective student partnership. You will combine expertise in inclusive pedagogy, digital learning and quality assurance with experience of leading large-scale educational contracts that generate income.
