We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Coordinator to support our Trinity Plus programmes. Working closely with the Fellow for Trinity Plus, this role is ideally suited to a person with strong organisational skills, an interest in policymaking, entrepreneurship and innovation, and a desire to work in a dynamic educational environment.
Trinity Plus is the College’s flagship extra-curricular programme which enables students to explore diverse interests, enriching their university experience beyond their academic studies. At the core of Trinity Plus are the Entrepreneurship and Policy Programmes but there are opportunities to expand its scope to encompass new initiatives, for example in the creative arts.
The Trinity Plus Coordinator is a delivery-focused role that will support the current programme and the further development of Trinity Plus. The postholder will provide administrative, event delivery, participant engagement and communications support to ensure an exceptional experience for students, alumni, entrepreneurs, mentors and external partners participating in the programme.
Candidates will have experience of working in a customer facing or customer focussed role, preferably in a higher education environment. The role requires a strong ability to prioritise and organise a variety of tasks. Applicants must be good team players and have the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with students, Fellows, Staff, and visitors to the College. They should be able to distil large and complex amounts of information into succinct and clear guidance and be able to handle confidential information with sensitivity and in accordance with data protection legislation. Experience of working with Microsoft Office, in particular a high level of knowledge of Excel, is essential together with experience of handling databases, and maintaining and manipulating data.
Trinity is a competitive employer. In addition to offering 25 days of holiday (plus 8 public holidays) pro rata a year, and lunch when working on site, Trinity also offers a generous pension scheme, private health care, as well as a cycle to work scheme (tax-free benefit). Trinity is a highly social place, which offers regular outings to places of interest, and organises functions.
This is a part-time post with an expectation of 18 hours per week; during peak programme delivery times, additional hours may be required and time off in lieu will be agreed. There may also be occasional weekend and bank holiday work required, depending on the scheduling of events; such work is agreed in advance.
Closing date for completed applications is noon (GMT) of Friday 30 October 2026. Interviews are expected to be held on the afternoon of Monday 9 November 2026 (1-5pm).
Applications should consist of a completed application form, covering e-mail/letter and the equal opportunities monitoring form. For further information and how to apply, please see links below. Please return completed applications to: jobvacancies@trin.cam.ac.uk via the above 'Apply' button.
