Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children of serving and ex-UK Armed Forces personnel in the UK? The SCiP Alliance is seeking an Effective Practice Lead (Schools) to help schools across the UK strengthen support for Service children through the implementation and development of the Thriving Lives Toolkit. Working closely with schools, regional Hubs and partner organisations, you will support continuous improvement, share effective practice, and help build thriving communities of professionals committed to improving the lives of Service children.
Engagement with the Thriving Lives Toolkit is central to the SCiP Alliance's 2030 Strategy, enabling schools to develop sustainable, evidence-informed approaches to supporting Service children. In this role, you will support schools across the UK to adopt, embed, and maximise the impact of the Toolkit. The postholder will contribute to the delivery of training, events and resources to strengthen engagement across our national network and ensure learning and insight from practice inform wider sector development and improvement.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of the UK education sector and experience of building partnerships, facilitating collaboration, and supporting improvement and development activities. The successful candidate will be confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, proactive in developing networks, and committed to improving outcomes for Service children.
