This is a great opportunity to apply your broad experience across organisational development while contributing to programmes and processes that support colleagues across Brunel.

You will join a team with opportunities to contribute ideas, develop your skills and help us continuously improve our OD services.

Our values of being Open, Courageous and Inventive underpin how we work, and we are looking for someone who will bring these values to life through an inclusive, collaborative and forward-thinking approach.

Working with the OD team and colleagues across Brunel, you’ll coordinate activities from planning to delivery, aligning stakeholders, timelines, communications and resources to keep work on track.

Your remit spans leadership and staff development programmes, academic promotions, Professional Development Review (PDR), coaching and mentoring, plus other OD and HR projects and initiatives.

You’ll manage plans, timelines and stakeholder contributions, track progress and support effective use of learning and talent systems, including Oracle and LinkedIn Learning. Using data, feedback and evaluation, you’ll identify practical ways to improve processes, systems and the colleague experience.

About you
You’ll bring experience coordinating multiple projects, programmes or workstreams in a complex organisation, backed by strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

Confident with stakeholders, systems and data, you’ll balance competing priorities, take initiative and find practical solutions. Experience in organisational development, learning and development, EDI, HR or another people-related setting is particularly valuable.

Above all, you’ll be proactive, collaborative and focused on continuous improvement, confident in taking ownership of your work and contributing to a supportive and inclusive team.

We offer a generous annual leave package plus discretionary University closure days, excellent training and development opportunities as well as a great occupational pension scheme and a range of health-related support. The University is committed to a hybrid working approach.

Closing date for applications: 11th November 2026.

Interviews will take place week commencing 23rd November 2026, in person.
