What you would be doing:
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a dynamic, supportive, and engaging team supporting MSc students. This role has line management responsibility for a Programme Coordinator.

Your approach to programme management will focus on improving student experience, fostering innovation and driving continuous quality improvements.

You will have a commitment to providing high-quality support and smooth operational delivery of the programme. You will also have the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and within a team.
You should be able to implement change on both a strategic and operational level. Experience in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage, as would an interest in business education and technology. You will need to be an energetic, organised self-starter with strong communication and management skills.
You should have experience working with MS Office and large amounts of data, as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience of managing, supporting, or coordinating projects, activities or events to time and budget is also essential.
