London Campus Admissions Officer

Pay: Annual basic salary will be reviewed upon successful completion of the probation period

Job Description:

The London School of Commerce (LSC) is one of the largest and most reputable education providers in the United Kingdom. The LSC Group has campuses at multiple global locations. LSC is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join the Admissions Department at our London Campus.

Responsibilities to include:

• Processing and reviewing student applications to ensure all required documentation has been received.
• Liaising with internal departments regarding application and admission matters.
• Coordinating the admissions process from initial application through to registration.
• Monitoring application progress and following up on outstanding documentation.
• Assisting with student registration and induction activities.
• Preparing admissions reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, University Partners' requirements, and Student Loans Company (SLC) requirements.
• Providing general administrative support to the Admissions Department.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties assigned by the Line Manager or Senior Management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
• Experience managing high volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience working to strict deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Strong Communication Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including the use of formulas, functions, filtering and sorting, conditional formatting.
• Previous experience in a similar administration role within an educational institution (desirable)

Work Location: In office 5 days a week (not hybrid)
