Help shape better research with patients and communities at its heart.
Are you passionate about involving patients and the public in research? Do you enjoy bringing people together, building relationships, and helping turn great ideas into impactful projects?
We're looking for a Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement Manager to support research across University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB), embedded within the Birmingham Public Involvement Hub at the University of Birmingham. You'll work closely with clinicians, researchers, patients, and community groups to ensure public involvement is meaningful, inclusive, and delivered to a high standard.
In this exciting role, you'll coordinate involvement activities, recruit and support public contributors, facilitate co-design workshops, provide hands-on support for funding applications, and help demonstrate the impact of involvement on research.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong engagement and project management skills who wants to make a real difference to the quality, relevance, and success of health research.
Why join us?
