2. JOB PURPOSE

To provide administration, support, security and development services for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and financial databases and user associated interfaces. Be an active part of the overall 1st and 2nd level support teams.

All Society databases (Technical infrastructure, software services, development, back end integration,  user interfaces, financial systems, CRM)

Users: 100+ staff; 50000+ members; public access to database driven web pages

SOCIETY INFORMATION SERVICES: All Society data managed, stored and administered on computer systems must remain well structured, available and secure. The Society must ensure that all areas of the operating and financial services can function efficiently, securely and appropriately. This requires a dedicated resource to facilitate central control of all Society data silos.   

CONTACTS: regular contact with suppliers of the core database and key technical contacts in the Society for information system development proposals from any source. Daily interaction with staff and members at all level can be expected.
