Course Support Officer

The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama

The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama wishes to appoint a Course Support Officer to provide direct support to academic course teams and a full administrative service to the student population from the point of registration through to the conclusion of examination board business. The Course Support Office is part of a team of 4, including a Head of Academic and Student Services. Each Course Support Officer has a portfolio of course responsibility and is a key player in course delivery. He or she will take a proactive lead in implementing new administrative processes into the Faculty and work very closely with academic colleagues to track student progress, attainment and enrolment. 

The successful applicants will provide a professional administrative service to the School’s Faculty. It is expected that applicants will have at least two years’ working experience in a Higher Education environment, preferably within academic student administration.  The successful candidates will have excellent IT skills, (including Microsoft Office and Excel) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
