Salary: £22,249 to £26,537 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.
Applications are invited to the above role to provide support for Equality and Diversity and Engagement priorities for the School. Support the delivery, development and improvement of new and established processes for supporting and advising School staff on procedures; offering guidance and advice on available resources, policies and support.
Candidates must have a minimum of HNC/HND in a relevant subject (or equivalent qualifications or substantial relevant experience), with extensive working knowledge of HR and Equality policies and processes. Excellent planning and organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with members of staff at all levels.
