Although the precise specialization is open, some preference will be given to applicants whose work demonstrates relevance to Asia. The successful candidate will lead the Medical Humanities integrated theme at LCKSM. This will involve teaching existing medical humanities workshops to be delivered in years 1 and 2 of the medical curriculum and developing materials and activities for upper division medical students. A further responsibility of the post holder will be the maintenance and expansion of LKCSM’s medical humanities resources.

A PhD in a field related to one of the disciplines listed above is required.
