The CRM Analyst will report to the Senior CRM Officer within the Marketing and Communications team. The post holder will be responsible for the provision and analysis of data to inform and support marketing strategy and activity planning.

They will also work closely with the Market Insight team to coordinate intelligence gained from market and student behaviour data. They will assist in identifying gaps in data needed to inform marketing plans and product development analysis.

The post holder will be responsible for representing the CRM team and CRM agenda where required internally, and will also be required to advise on the development of the Azorus, Salesforce, and ThankQ CRM systems.

The CRM team performs a crucial role in helping the University to recruit students and maximise the value of it's relationships with business partners and schools and colleges. The successful applicant will be joining a dynamic and exciting team whose work varies significantly across all its areas of operations, from creating marketing emails to supporting data capture at annual UCAS fairs.
