This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.

The position of Market Research Officer within Communications and Marketing Services is an exciting opportunity for an individual with prior market research experience. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of quantitative and qualitative market research and the collection and analysis of competitor data to provide management information to support the development of the University’s strategies, programmes and services and the business planning process of Colleges in both Exeter and Cornwall.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their experience of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and have excellent organisational and administrative skills. The post holder will be expected to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels and deliver market research insight.
