Administrative Assistant (Marketing)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing and recruitment team within Coventry University College (CUC). The post calls for an individual who has a pleasant and professional manner when dealing with prospective customers, clients and colleagues.

You will also support the Marketing and Recruitment team with administrative duties to include mailings, spreadsheets, data analysis, market research, coordinating design briefs, and maintaining the CRM system. 

You should have a good education, excellent IT, communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure being essential for the role.  You should also have experience of working within a busy office environment and dealing with the general public.

You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week (some occasional weekend and evening work may be required).
