An exciting opportunity has arisen to join part of an established forward thinking team of academics, committed to delivering the highest quality teaching and support to our students, in providing midwifery education within Birmingham.
We are seeking an experienced NMC registered midwife approved teacher to fulfil this role. You should have a depth & breadth of specialist knowledge in the field and possess or be working towards a Masters level qualification.
You must be highly motivated, well organised with good communication, IT and leadership skills. The role will include working closely with midwifery mentors, establishing your clinical link/personal tutor role and providing pastoral support for our students.
On appointment the post holder will help the team to develop and engage with new innovative learning and teaching methods and participate in midwifery and health related research.
