The salary will be paid at Grade 7, £40,523 to £48,327 per annum, plus £2,623 per annum London Allowance.
This is an exciting new role leading the expanded Marketing team embedded within the English Language Centre (ELC). The ELC has ambitious plans for growth as part of overall College strategy, and this role will have oversight of all student recruitment and engagement activities within the department.
The role holder will develop the ELC’s marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the broader College vision, and prioritizing and managing the workload of two other members of the marketing team. This role requires the ability to navigate and influence across institutional boundaries, understand what the priorities are within a diverse workload, and to project manage to tight deadlines. Experience of working within international or higher education marketing or recruitment would be an advantage, however the ability to analyse multiple markets and to use a broad array of marketing tools are essential.
This is a full time, indefinite post at 35 hours per week.
The selection process will include a technical interview, competency based questions, a presentation, and a separate panel interview. Interviews are still to be scheduled.
