Assistant Principal - Learner Services and Quality

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an excellent senior leader with the experience or strong potential to lead and manage quality and learner services at the College.

The college’s vision is to be outstanding and the successful candidate will need the skills, qualities and resilience to develop outstanding provision that meets Ofsted and QAA UK Quality Standards, whilst continuing to deliver improvements in the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.

As a member of the College’s Leadership and Management Team you will contribute to the development and delivery of the College’s strategy and operational targets. In particular you will be required to lead on franchising, enrolment, self-assessment and the quality assurance of teaching, learning. You will also have a strategic lead on the development of a high quality and responsive curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a relevant background in FE, have a degree and/or management qualification and have demonstrable experience of continuous improvement driven by robust quality assurance and data management.
