Our UK Marketing & Student Recruitment Team is seeking a dynamic, innovative marketing professional to develop outstanding, inclusive and creative content for Bournemouth University’s online and offline UK marketing activity, ensuring campaign integration and consideration for all prospective UK students and stakeholders.
Join us at a time where higher education is constantly evolving and undergoing change every day, where you can capture BU in the most exciting, engaging and accessible way for the university students of tomorrow. BU has made bold steps in championing student-generated content, and authenticity is at the heart of our communications - we want a forward-thinking marketer that will proactively seek out growth through new channels and opportunities as well as developing and nurturing those that already work. You will have a genuine enthusiasm to understand the needs and challenges of our many groups, including underrepresented students in higher education – bringing your ideas and creativity to overcome some of the perceived barriers to higher education.
With an excellent attention to detail, you’ll bring your experience of managing a demanding and varied workload and demonstrate your success in doing so. What’s more, you’ll spot opportunities to do things differently, to challenge the status quo and ensure our campaigns are integrated at every opportunity. Your experience of effective written communications and excellent interpersonal skills will tell our story in the most engaging way, at the right time, for our many audiences. Your strong IT skills and agility will enable your use of new platforms and channels to meet the expectations of our audience.
If you’re an agile, self-motivated and proactive candidate, who wants to demonstrate impact in a fast-paced fixed-term role, this is a great opportunity with high exposure to internal and external stakeholders with whom you will develop and maintain close working relationships.
