The role encompasses the recruitment process and activities around the employment life cycle. The post covers key duties in a busy and varied HR function, which is an essential part of the wider Institute administration team.

We seek someone who is confident to work independently, effectively managing their own workload, when fully trained. You will be expected to solve ad hoc problems relating to recruitment and operational HR services, using own initiative.

You will have proven recruitment experience, skills and knowledge, together with excellent communication (both verbally and in writing) and interpersonal skills. Previous generalist HR experience within a busy customer focused environment is essential.  You should be comfortable with managing demanding and often conflicting priorities, to meet deadlines.

Available immediately, this full-time permanent post offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in HR.
