The Marketing and Business Development Administrator is a key role in one of the School’s core recruitment teams. You will work closely with the recruitment team to assist in the revenue targets for the Executive Degree programme portfolio. These programmes attract top talent from around the world, and this is a great chance to work closely with talented executives.
The role will be varied and fast-paced, and everyday tasks will centre primarily on supporting the marketing effort within the team. The ideal candidate will have some marketing experience, for example e-mail marketing, direct and digital marketing as well as copywriting, proof reading and print production. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to liaise with different levels of internal and external stakeholders and clients. You will also have strong IT skills with previous experience of CRM software.
You will be a team player with the ability to work to deadlines and use your own initiative. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a busy, sometimes pressured environment and the ability to work supportively in a tight knit team. You will have a flexible approach to work and willingness to travel internationally to attend events and client meetings, and will also be happy to assist the team in dealing with programme enquiries to help the effort to meet target.
