Senior Project Manager (Apprenticeships)

Open University - Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

Based in Milton Keynes Temporary contract until 31 July 2019

This is a new role in the STEM Faculty, and you will make a vital contribution to apprenticeship initiatives at the Open University.

You will manage and coordinate apprenticeship-related projects across the Faculty’s Schools, ensuring the achievement of key deliverables within an agreed time, cost and scope thresholds, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will take a senior project management role in these activities, ensuring individual project teams are able to deliver agreed outputs on time and to budget. This includes key stakeholders, in particular School Apprenticeship Leads, Qualification Managers and Qualification Leads, to clarify the apprenticeship products that are to be delivered together with the quality, time and cost criteria that are to be met in order to track delivery.

You will have a degree and IPMA Level C Qualification.
