Lecturer (Teaching Focused)

Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer (Teaching Focused) in the Department of Psychology, Royal Holloway, University of London. This post-holder will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and pastoral care, to leadership and innovation in curriculum development, and to the provision of an outstanding student experience. The post-holder will also contribute to the administration of teaching, and to recruitment, employability, and outreach activities. We are particularly looking for someone who can contribute to our undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and project supervision in the area of psychological disorders.

The successful applicant will hold a PhD or a Clinical Doctorate, and have professional recognition (e.g., HCPC or BACP). S/he will also have the ability to teach clinical psychology at the UG and PG levels, and will demonstrate the high degree of scholarship needed to engage students in a fast-moving discipline.

The College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus based in Egham, Surrey that is close to both Central London and Heathrow Airport, and that is undergoing major investment to provide outstanding facilities for the future.
